“He’s a genius. The genius. The most human human there’s ever been… Always he chooses the best words. New, beautiful, brilliant words.”

2016 marks 400 years since the death of William Shakespeare, and as all good Whovians know, the Bard and the Doctor have something of a history together. At our August day event, we’ll be exploring this history in depth, looking at the influence these two great men have had on popular culture on as well as each other!

Stick around after the event for our 2016 Annual General Meeting, which will give members a chance to catch up on what the club’s been up to for the past year, vote on constitutional amendments and elect the club’s office bearers. All are welcome to attend, though voting is only open to those aged 16 and over with at least one year’s DWCA membership.
