The DWCA wishes to announce an update to its Annual General Meeting agenda, originally posted online on 10 June. As previously mentioned, the meeting will be held on the second floor of Club Burwood on Sunday 26 July at 4pm.
Constitutional Amendments
The DWCA committee has finalised the wording of a series of proposed amendments to its constitution, following a consultation period which concluded on 21 June. The final versions of these amendments can be viewed below:

The letter must include the following:
- Your name
- Your DWCA member number
- A list of the proposed constitutional amendments (Item 1, Item 2, Item 3 and Item 4) and a clear statement indicating whether you are FOR or AGAINST each individual item.
Election of Office Bearers
The Returning Officer has received the following nominations for Office Bearer positions:
- President – Lauren Davis
- Vice President – Tony Cooke
- Secretary – Roger Reynolds
- Treasurer – Jon Andersen
In the absence of any other nominees, the above persons nominated will be taken to be elected as of the date of the AGM. There will be no vote from the members required.
