Didn’t think anything could top the Doctor Who Tour coming to Australia last year? Think again!
BBC Worldwide Australia & New Zealand has announced that the official Doctor Who Festival will be making its way to Sydney’s Hordern Pavilion from 21-22 November, following its London outing from 13-15 November.
Headed by Twelfth Doctor Peter Capaldi and executive producer Steven Moffat (with more guests to be announced), the festival will feature exclusive Q&A sessions, photo and autograph opportunities, a prop and costume exhibition, workshops, quizzes, merchandise and more.
“Being unveiled as Doctor Who in Sydney at last year’s world tour and meeting the fantastic Australian fans was such a cosmic, life-changing experience that I’m thrilled to be coming back for a full weekend of Time Lord mania,” Capaldi said.
Tickets start at $195 for a general one-day adult ticket ($99 concession). They go on sale to the public on Monday 6 July at 11am.
